个人简历

1989年毕业于港澳宝典资料大全,获理学博士学位。现为港澳宝典资料大全教授、博士生导师,教育部CJ学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、全国宝钢教育基金优秀教师特等奖获得者。现任示范性微电子学院院长、电子信息专业国家级实验教学示范中心主任、信息电子国家级虚拟仿真实验中心主任等。

长期从事微电子科学与技术领域等科研教学工作。主持和承担了十多项国家自然科学基金、“973”和“863”等研究课题,包括作为首席科学家连续主持3期“纳米科技”领域国家重大科学研究计划/重点研发计划项目。发表和合作发表SCI学术论文600余篇(包括Nature正刊3篇、N/S子刊28篇、IEEE期刊 41篇获授权国家发明专利63相关研究成果荣获国家自然科学二等奖2项,江苏省科技进步奖一等奖2项及其他国家/部省级科技进步奖4项;荣获国家教学成果二等奖1江苏省教学成果一等奖2项。
